Privacy, accessibility and legal pages.
A structured placeholder for the policies required before launch.
How personal information is handled.
This section must identify the data controller, contact details, information collected, lawful bases, recipients, retention periods, international transfers, individual rights and the route for complaints.
The wording must match the actual enquiry forms, analytics, mailing list, booking provider and any clinical systems connected to the website.
Use only necessary cookies by default.
If analytics, embedded maps, video players or marketing tools are added, a consent mechanism and accurate cookie table will be required. The current prototype does not set optional cookies.
Designed for clear access.
The prototype uses semantic headings, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible form labels, responsive layouts and high-contrast text. The final site should be tested against WCAG 2.2 AA, including focus order, error messages, alternative text, captions and zoom behaviour.
Direct clinical complaints to the treating practice.
The final page should explain that clinical treatment is provided through the relevant dental practice and include each practice’s complaints contact and procedure. Education-related complaints should follow the published course provider process.
